Any rate reductions must be approved by the Hanson Board of Selectmen.
Hanson Residents receive a 20% Discount

Needles Lodge at Kiwanee Set Up Time
The Needles Lodge at Kiwanee is such a unique building with an open floor plan with a look that will truly be all your own. Our wedding rental rates are based on a 4 hour set up time frame. We will provide you access to the building for 4 hours prior to your function for set up. If you require more
than the four hours arrangements may be made prior to your event for a fee for additional time. Please schedule an appointment with our Administrative Assistant, to discuss this further.
Hours for Functions at Camp Kiwanee
Rentals for Camp Kiwanee Needles Lodge are based on a 5 hour rental, except otherwise noted. Hours for functions vary, Kiwanee’s daytime function hours are 11-4, 12-5 or 1-6 and evening function hours are 4-9, 5-10, or 6-11. Our cozy lodge is set up by our caretaker with tables, chairs, *rental linens. Additional hours may be arranged for your function upon availability. Please check with the Administrative Assistant to arrange this prior to your function.
Additional Time Fees: $250.00/hr each additional reception hour beyond the 5 hour event.
$150.00/hr each additional set up hour beyond the 4 hours allotted.
*Rental linens are available for rental for an additional fee
