Approximate 1:8 ratio of staff to participants. We have room for 20 participants
Ages 7-12
You will need to sign a permission slip for each session you choose.
Participants should have: bathing suit, towel, shorts, tee shirt, sunblock, water, lunch with name on it, sneakers with socks, flip flops or sandals.
Coolers will be provided to store lunches.
Sample Day Agenda:
11:00-11:15 – Parents/guardian sign in each participant- permission slip- emergency contacts
● Check in and review safety rules and go through the buddy system.
● Assigned to a group- create a team name- get a buddy
● Rehearse the buddy system- every 20 min a buddy check will occur.
● Wrist bands are given to each participant and a photo must be provided to staff for emergencies.
11:15-11:30 – Tour of CK- stations and Cranberry Cove
11:30-11:45 – Lunch break – water, juice, light snacks will be available for purchase.
11:45- 12:45
TEAM activity- at the field or tables outside main lodge

12:45-1:00 pm Water and snack break
1:00-1:45 Swim time must pass a test for each area of swimming.
1:45- Dry off and get ready to leave
Parents/Guardian sign out each child at CC parking lot with gate staff.
