Will someone from Camp Kiwanee be present for our event?
A Camp Kiwanee Caretaker will be on-site during your event to ensure that you, your caterer, and your guests have everything they need.
Can we bring in decorations?
You are welcome to bring in flowers, photographs, favors, centerpieces, battery-operated candles or other items in keeping with the theme of your wedding. Decoration must be removed at the end of the event.
Are candles allowed?
Per the Hanson Fire Department, open flames are not permitted inside the Needles Lodge. Battery-operated candles are recommended to create candle-light ambiance inside.
How much time do we have to decorate?

Can we bring in our own alcohol and/or beverages?
For over 10 years, the Bartending Services of New England has been Camp Kiwanee’s exclusive vendor of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Any questions or concerns about our bartending service can be directed to the owner of the Bartending Services of New England, Mr. William Fuller @ 508 923-4744.
Is our celebration limited to specific hours?
Because we allow only one event per day, you are welcome to have your wedding and reception at the time you choose, as long as the festivities are over by 11:00pm. Clean-up should be completed so that the Lodge can be locked 30 minutes after the completion of your event.
Can I bring my own food or do all events need to be catered?
Per the Hanson Board of Health, all events with 75 guests or more are required to have their event catered through a Catering Company.
